1. Login and registration navigation

When browsing articles, it is normal that you need to log in to continue browsing. Sellers who have previously registered accounts can continue to browse the web page by logging in directly. If the user forgets the password, he can also retrieve the password by pressing the forget password button, while unregistered sellers can register their account through their user name or email. If you cannot view the web page information after logging in, you can contact customer service through “Contact Us”.

2. Product management:

(1) How to upload products to the product library and create new products synchronously?

Open the product – product image – click the product. You can start to fill in product details and upload products to the product library. Then click New Product and create new products synchronously.

(2) How to manage the products in the product library?

The product list is the product library. You can filter products by the top criteria. You can also filter by product status.

3. Order management:
(1) How to query product order information?
Open the order – order list, and you can see the details of all customers’ orders, or you can query the order status in combination. Click the order to view the buyer information, order details, etc.

(2) How to add a purchase order or transshipment order?
(1) Click the order to purchase, and click Add Purchase in the pop-up order details interface
(2) Fill in these steps:
① purchase price: cost+freight  ② purchase quantity  ③ operator contact information 
④ Purchase order number (platform order number) ⑤ Domestic tracking number (domestic logistics document number)  ⑥ Product transportation attribute (for marking)
⑦ Select the purchase website ⑧ Tick to select transshipment ⑨ Purchase order remark
⑩ Create purchase order

4. Other FAQs:
(1). How to solve the problem of chain diagram after the product is uploaded to Amazon?
Error reason: Because of the conflict between the product code and other product codes, the product image uploaded in the background and other products cause the image conflict, resulting in the image inconsistency.

Solution:
①Select the code type to be cleared.
②It is recommended to select the code type as EAN, and select 910 as the code prefix to avoid conflicts between the product code and other product codes, resulting in inconsistency between the product and the actual product.
③Select the generated quantity within 10000 to avoid error in the pop-up box, and then click the test code, which will be automatically generated in the text box.
④Select the product in the deleted status to remove the details and start uploading the product again.

(2). When will the product image be updated?
① Our system is updated every night
② Specific capture rules:
A. Products that have been uploaded and have been created for a long time but have no pictures.
B. There are products that have been modified through the “SKU Image Publishing System” in the last 7 days.
C. An order has been issued in the past 90 days and the sales status is “normal sales, SKU is sold after the order is swiped, and shipment is restricted to be arranged for sale”.

(3). How to set the price of uploaded products?
Price adjustment:
For a single category, 100 is the original price, 150% is 1.5 times, and fine adjustment is the direct price increase.
① Select the product classification and source (source refers to the capture platform, and the price adjustment only applies to this source after setting.)
② Set the price proportion (the proportion can be set according to the amount, with the highest setting first and the lowest setting from high to low), and the currency is unlimited.
Store percentage: set the price for a single store, 100 is the original price, 150% is 1.5 times, and fine adjustment is the direct price increase after the price calculation is completed. After price setting, there is a complete price adjustment formula for viewing under the uploaded details.

(4). How does the system provide help for co-selling?
1. Add a new co-sell.
2. Select the account, ASIN, and product number (the product number can correspond to the product in the product library after the order is issued, and can be left blank).
3. Fill in the product SKU, price and inventory, and click Update.
